The 2025 Compensation & Benefits Report captures a comprehensive snapshot of wages, salaries, and benefit practices across Hawaii's nonprofit sector. This year's survey received responses from 115 Hawaiʻi organizations, with 94 completing the survey in full. We’re proud to offer an entirely new way to experience the Compensation Report – via an interactive data dashboard on Tableau, a dynamic web-based platform that puts the full power of the dataset directly in the hands of users. Rather than navigating static tables across hundreds of report pages, you can now filter, compare, and visualize compensation data in real time, customized to your organization's size, mission area, island, and budget. In addition, you’ll have access to salary and benefit data from over 2,000 nonprofits across seven Western Region states to enable cross-state comparisons.*

- Non-Members who participated in the survey or HANO Members who did not participate in the survey: $75 – If you have not received an email from us sharing instructions to purchase your report yet, please email (agalacgac@hano-hawaii.org).
- Everyone else: $150
