Making Financial Decisions in Times of Uncertainty | August 6 | 10 - 11 AM

Nonprofits are facing a chaotic information environment and funding environment. At the federal level, pronouncements and actions to significantly cut funding happen swiftly, often met with meaningful opposition and demands to protect critical programs. While these fights play out in court and other arenas, nonprofits are left not knowing how, when, or even if the threats to their work will materialize. How can leaders plan for the future in a disorienting mix of incomplete information and existential threats? This session will provide practical advice to help leaders calibrate their financial decision-making and financial communications in times of extreme uncertainty.
