Mapping the Changing Face of our Workforce and Workplaces. The last two years created new paradigms in the way we work and in our workspaces. More staff are working remotely, others are cautiously feeling their way back to our offices, and still others have chosen to leave. All of us are working to adapt. Understanding the employee marketplace and the decisions in front of us is part of that work. This report is a timely, reliable source of information about current workforce and compensation trends.
Talent Management. People power our missions! To build the nonprofit talent pipeline and attract and retain talent, nonprofits need to set competitive wages and benefits, especially in today’s tight market.
